STORE ASSOCIATE

 

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. This candidate must have acceptable verbal English communication skills, including interpersonal conversational skills.
  2. The Associate is consistently asked to make correct changes, which demands that he/she have basic math skills.
  3. Honesty and Integrity, including the ability to follow Company cash-handling procedures and the ability to honestly and accurately complete timecards and other Company documents.
  4. The ability to adapt and follow instructions requires adequate comprehension skills.
  5. Essential to this job is the ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in the stores. This individual must be able to move from one work area to another at a moment's notice and in and around crowded work areas.
  6. Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 50-pound lifting requirement.
  7. This Associate is responsible for operating store equipment such as slicers, dicers, computer terminals, fryers, and grills. Effective operation of such equipment requires the use of all limbs and the ability to see at a distance.
  8. The ability to report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
  9. Punctuality, including reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift for the duration of the shift.
  10. Adaptability, the ability to adapt to and follow instructions from supervisors and coworkers.
  11. The ability to interact productively with co-workers.
  12. Compliance with Company Policy, including following and complying with Company rules and procedures.
  13. The ability to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner.
  14. Teamwork, including the ability to follow directions and receive constructive feedback from supervisors in a professional manner and the ability to interact productively and cooperatively with coworkers.

CLEANUP ASSOCIATE

 

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. This candidate must have acceptable verbal English language communication skills. This includes interpersonal conversation skills and the ability to utilize telephones.
  2. Honesty and Integrity, including the ability to honestly and accurately complete timecards and other Company documents and the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  3. The ability to adapt and follow instructions requires adequate comprehension skills.
  4. Adaptability, including the ability to adapt to and follow instructions from supervisors and coworkers.
  5. The ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in stores is essential to this job.
  6. The ability to bend, stoop, and reach around, behind, and across store equipment and furniture.
  7. Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 75-pound lifting requirements.
  8. This individual is responsible for the sanitation and occasional operation of store equipment such as slicers, dicers, fryers, grills, etc. The effective operation of such equipment requires the use of all limbs and the ability to see at close distances.
  9. The ability to report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
  10. Punctuality, including reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift for the duration of the shift.
  11. The ability to interact productively with co-workers.
