COOKOUT FUNDRAISER: AGREEMENT
- The school will schedule the In-N-Out Cookout Fundraiser for lunch Monday through Friday, or for an early evening meal Monday through Thursday.
- The school will post Cookout Fundraiser posters on campus and promote the program during the four weeks leading up to the event.
- The school must sell a minimum of 300 tickets at a recommended ticket price of $5. Sales are to be restricted to students, staff, and families of students and staff. Please note that by participating, your school is agreeing to donate 25% of all ticket sales to the non-profit In-N-Out Burger Foundation benefiting abused children. A school may sell a maximum of 800 tickets.
- The school should make sure the serving location meets the Cookout truck's space requirements: The truck is 85 feet long, and requires 14 feet of overhead clearance and 11 feet wide clearance. The truck should be parked on a firm, level surface and is required to remain on campus. There should also be space around the truck for the attendees to form lines.
- Students must have purchased a ticket in advance in order to receive their burger, chips and drink as no money can be managed or exchanged at the In-N-Out Cookout truck.
- The school must arrange for an adult volunteer to meet our driver and help organize the positioning of the truck.
- The school must provide three to five adult volunteers to assist the In-N-Out Cookout staff during the event. Volunteers must be outside approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
- Unless caused by the negligence of In-N-Out, the school agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold In-N-Out harmless from any and all liability, losses, or damages In-N-Out may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments against In-N-Out arising out of the Cookout Fundraiser Program. The school warrants that it has comprehensive general liability insurance and that In-N-Out will be added as an additional insured on the policy.
